About Me

I attend the University of Akron. I am currently at sophomore level status, in my 2nd year here. I am majoring in Economics, and minoring in Public Relations, possibly picking up a double major in Archaeology. I'm very diverse and like lots of things, a jack-of-all-trades if you will.

The place of man, and our arguments

First, I will cover the arguments part of the title. Well it seems to me that we constantly blame people of the past for our current problems. While this is helpful interpersonally to releive tension, it really is quite unproductive. It would be nice to just live our lives and work for the future. But at the same time, we are humans, we are the reason the earth is here. Without us, it is pointless. Disagree? Well, if we weren't here, if we weren't just the way we are, then you wouldn't be reading this, and we wouldn't be able to talk about how it is pointless without us and so on and so forth.

Which brings me to the rest, we humans are here to excell and find ourselves. The world is a stage, and it is ours, the rest of the things on the world are here for us, the universe is there for us to explore. Honestly, I do believe we were created by God, and here is why. What is the point of our never ending search and quest for knowledge, to know the unknown and everything in between? Simple, God created us in his image, except he left one thing out, the knowledge of everything, we are slowly learning and manipulating. Learning how it all began and where it will all go. We humans are here to rule and conquer, even if it is on the small scale. We are here during our time to do as we please, and no one can stop us. So the events of the past are the result of people doing what makes them happy and no one can blame them for that.

Finally, what if God once wasn't all powerful. He always was, always is, and always will be. What if at the beginning he was a lost soul in the universe, and after billions of years he learned it all. He wasn't always omnipotent, omniscient, and such. He struggled, and he felt the one thing he lacked, was the worldly things. The only thing he could do, was learn it all. While we humans, we are worldly, we have the creatures, we have the trees and the water and so much more, at our disposal. He wants us to strive for that knowledge, and become all knowing, even if it is just within ourselves... we are here to become something new and share that newness with generations to come and be blessed you are here when you are. Things change, and will never be the same, but that's the beauty of it all. That is what we need to do with our lives, be diligent, be productive, learn and share, and share it well. That's what we do with youtube and facebook. We share, and we love to share. It is part of human nature, and that's why, because we are here for the greater good.

Embrace the change and adapt with it, without it you will crumble and fall, disregard the banter and accusations. They are meaningless in the long run. Be happy with who you are, and love one another. When we write things like this, when we share our thoughts and ideas, the stress leaves, we experience out of body feelings, and for once (or for another time) we are truley happy.

Now excuse me while I go back to my life, and strive for the goals that seem unreachable... and the soreness of the body. ;)
